Hi All,
We have just published a new tutorial video which provides a great starting point for usingRangerMSP.
This Getting Started Tutorial guides you through a basic workflow and shows how you can manage your IT service business using RangerMSP, starting with opening a new Ticket, on to dispatching, then adding charges and finally billing the customer (and more..).
