need to add "contacts" as an option to the add/remove column options for tickets when listed under specific accounts (it is listed in tickets but not for the tickets tab while in the accounts window) -- often we need to sort on the contact to find specific tickets and it would be much simpler to do it from the accounts window.

Hi Ray, the Contact is listed in the main Tickets, however, when reviewing the tickets tab of an account it unfortunately no. I'll have this logged.
