Hi,

I create 1 contact for an account and Syncronize it with Outlook (Exchange).
The contact appears the my phone. And that is OK.

Question 1:
If I update the contact on my phone, will the changes go into CommitCRM ?

Question 2:
If I delete the contact on my phone, will the contact be deleted in CommitCRM?
- If it is not being deleted in CommitCRM, How can I re-synconize, so the Contact will appear on my phone again?

Thanks.

1. Yes, the update in the phone is synced with Exchange and then when RangerMSP will sync with your Exchange folder the update will be synced into RangerMSP.

2. No, deletion of Accounts on your mobile device will not sync to RangerMSP. This is on purpose and protects your system from unintended Account deletions. Try updating the Account record in RangerMSP and sync, it may create it again in your Exchange folder. In case it does not, create a Contact record in your Outlook, go to RangerMSP and link between the parallel Account in RangerMSP and the new Contract you've just created, slightly update the record in RangerMSP and sync.

Hope this helps.
