View Full Version : Correct Ticket Close

When I enter work done on a ticket using Charges, then complete the ticket, I message "Not entered Resolution Description - Continue?". What does this mean ? Am I not entering in the correct location?

Reviewing the ticket, it appears to work OK. ???

Each Ticket has a field called 'Resolution'. This field should be used to write a short summary of the what resolved this issue. It is mainly an internal field so you can easily search for resolutions without review the possibly long list of related Charge descriptions.

The field is located on the top of the Resolution/History tab.
