This is an example of the content of an email for auto created tickets sent to ticket manager:
[ASSIGNED] CommitCRM Ticket - New [0500-1848, New, Dennis, Test Company]
Performed by: Alice
Record Details at time of sending this message:
bla bla bla bla.
Where can I change the template for these auto generated e-mails?

I have tried that. But the auto generated e-mails is not included in that Email templates list.
For a customer: I can choose, Alert to customer with "Ticket - Alerts to Customer - New Ticket" Template.
But where do I edit and specify the template(s), for the auto generated e-mail going to the technician.
Another example:
[info] CommitCRM Ticket - New [0500-1858, New, Alice, Test Company]
Performed by: Email Connector
Record Details at time of sending this message:
Bla. bla.

Unlike Email Templates you can configure yourself and modify to reflect your needs (Settings > Email Templates) and unlike the Alerts to Customers features that is based on Email Templates (e.g. can be customized), alerts to technicians are currently fixed and cannot be customized :-( Thank you for asking.
Thanks,
Sheli
