Mapping program?

Hi there,

Do you have a mapping program for the dispatcher /Tech to print up a map show the route they need to take from location to location so the tech doesnt get lost? it would be very helpful tool to streamline the dispathcer work.

Hi,

Sure, you can use an Online Service exactly for this. The RangerMSP Online Services allow you to access different web sites and use them in combination with your RangerMSP data.

You can set up an Online Service which opens Google Maps (or any other map site) and automatically copies the account's address stored inRangerMSP.

You can then activate the online Service from the Dispatcher window, the Account window, and more.
