multiple links to documents --

seems to me that a database should be able to have multiple links to the same resource yet I'm not seeing how to have different items (tickets, assets, etc.) point to the same document... is this not possible?

You can add as many Doc records as needed - all can link to the same physical file on your disk. Each Document can then be attached to a different Asset/Account/Ticket/etc.
