We are trying out you web interface module. I think this will work very well for our company, but I have a couple questions.
Is there any way to set any kind of personal preferences per the user?
Also in the items list, it is bringing over EVERY part whether inactive, suspended or not. So our item list using the web interface is very messy, although in CommitCRM itself, it is clean.

Any help?

The Web does indeed list all Items. We may add a filtering options there.
However, Items are mainly used for Charges.
When adding a new Charge record using the Web interface the Item selection list only displays Active items.

Some of the settings set in RangerMSP client apply but in most cases it's a separate GUI and you cannot set specific settings at the user level for the Web interface.
