Submit Opportunities Remotely

Every now and then, I find myself out of the office needing to submit a quote request to my sales team. I will be either at a client site, on the road or just nowhere near my CommitCRM and if I could submit a simple email that updated CommitCRM Opportunities, it would make life very simple.

Does anyone have any ideas or experince with such a process? Can it be done with the email collector?

Hi Chris,

Using the API by Email (a feature of the email connector) you can configure the system to accept textual emails from you, formatted in XML format that will actually open new Sales Opportunities in RangerMSP.
