Upgrade is stuck

Hi all,

I just downloaded and installed the new 5.6 upgrade with no problems. However, now when I attempt to start the program, I get a message that an upgrade is in progress and that I should wait. I have been waiting for a long time and this looks like a problem.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

I have already submitted a support request but hope to get an answer quickly as my system is essentially down.

Assuming that the upgrade program reported the it has completed successfully, this is most likely has something to do with privileges.

Close any running RangerMSP client (or an attempt), then run the following file by right clicking it and selecting to run it As Administrator:
\RangerMSP\Client\RangerMSP.exe
