CSharp Library for CommitCRM CRM 5.6.xx

I am trying to find out more about downloading the C# library for CommitCRM. On the wiki site there is a page that talks about downloading the c# project but does not provide a link to where the project can be downloaded from... Here is the page in question...

Any ideas how I can get the library ?
