View Full Version : CommitCRM Client will not open

I am having trouble opening the CommitCRM client from my workstations and directly from the server. I have tried restarting the server and going directly to the installation folder to run the .exe. Is there a log file that I can upload or is something wrong ? I have not made any changes to the server at all and this issue has been going on since last Friday. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Josh,

RangerMSP is not really "installed" on your server or client PC, all the setup program does is extract files. That's it. This means that if anything is broken it's either executable files corruption (due to bad sectors on the hard drive) or that something in the folders/files hierarchy been modified.

What exactly happens when you double click \RangerMSP\Client\RangerMSP.exe ?

I recommend that you also try to temporary disable your Anti-Virus and see if it helps.

If the problem remains please:
1. Zip the \RangerMSP\Logs folders and send it to us by email for analysis.
2. Send us a screenshot of the entire RangerMSP folder tree (taken from Windows Explorer).
