View Full Version : Column Width in Ticket List View

Hi There,

The Ticket List View features columns that can be arranged and sized at will. However, dragging the STATUS column wider does not allow for more data to be displayed. The Status column displays both the "Status" and the "Status-Ext" fields, but the list view cuts the data short, so the full Status-Ext text is not visible, even though the column is wide enough.

I have a screen clip if this helps, but I don't know how to attach it to this post.

Any Ideas how to fix this?

Hi Lawrence,

You are correct. I checked and the number of characters displayed for this column is 20. I already opened a request to change it. Thank you for posting this.

I found a workaround so long - just set table properties to display the "status-Ext" column and drag it next to the status column...

This is a great workaround, well, maybe it's not a workaround at all but rather the right way to go.
