Merge Account Keep Contact

Am doing trial, imported info from Outlook intoCommitCRM. All contacts came over as their own account, so I have >5000 records that I need to reorganize. Tried the Merge Account option, but it did not merge contacts, only deleted them. Is this happening due to the trial software, or is that how CommitCRM actually works when merging several accounts? Thank you!

When importing Contacts list from Outlook each Contact in your list becomes an Account record in the Accounts list in RangerMSP.

RangerMSP Trial is fully functional so there's no limitation here.

Merging Accounts does merges secondary Contacts into the Master Account, however, this tool won't help here as you have an flat Accounts list unlike duplicate Accounts with secondary Contacts.
