Ticket linking.

Hi,

I have created a ticket for a customer.
Meanwhile I receive an email, from a supplier, which also creates a ticket.

How can I link the customer ticket to the supplier ticket?

Or merge the tickets?

You should probably add a new custom tab with a new custom field that will allow you to link to another RangerMSP object, like a Ticket. Then select the other Ticket.


You may also consider merging the Tickets, using the Ticket Merge option.
