Does RangerMSP have time tracking for technicians when a tech gets a ticket and calls the client ? We currently have a timer that goes on when support starts...then when its done updates our time tracking software for processing.

Basically, is there a timer feature?

Yes, there is a Timer feature inRangerMSP.
You can activate the Timer when you start a phone call with the customer (you can also pause it if you wish, and continue later), and once you are done, you can simply create a Charge out of the Timer window.

The Total time for this Charge is automatically copied from the Timer. Note that if you activate the Timer when the relevant Account or even a specific Ticket is selected, the relevant Account and Ticket will be automatically linked to the Charge. You can activate the Timer using the Timer Icon on the tool bar, or from the Tools menu, or by using the Ctrl+T keyboard shortcut
