I am the system admin for the entire domain. I have all permissions on the mail server etc, yet if I tell CommitCRM to synch all, I receive errors telling me that it cannot find folders

From you description, we understand that you are working with an Exchange Server, as it is required for the synchronizing other users Outlook.

You need to make sure you actually have full permissions for all of the other employees folders. To verify this, please try to view and add appointment, tasks and contacts to each of the employee folders using the Outlook.

After verifying the above, please make sure Outlook Sync settings are correct for each of the employees. Especially you should make sure each point to the correct folder (the Exchange one, rather than the local Outlook folder).

After verifying this for all of the employees, try the Sync All option.

If the issue still persists, we will need to have a better look at it. In this case, please send our support the log files using the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP and we will get back to you with a solution.
