Q. Can I run a report that flags up tickets that have a particular item to them?

Yes, you can create a "Charges Report by Ticket" report (under Reports > Charges).
In the "Generate Report" window, you can filter the report by a specific Item in the Charged Item filter. This will display a list of Tickets and their Charges filtered only for Charges which are using this particular Item.
