would be really nice if the system would auto check for duplicate email addresses... (!)

Interesting thoughts. Currently you need to search for it simply by searching for this email address in Email1 and then 2 fields. Select it from the search drop down and put the email address to search. It's a two steps process (search Email1 and then Email2). Anyway, I'll log a request for the option to search in both addresses at once, optionally automatically.

I suppose we could but that could take a TON of time and would be prone to human errors (trying to compare all those addresses looking for duplicates... yikes!) -- thanks
