View Full Version : Blank Custom Report??

I am working on creating a report based on the system report for the Tickets category called "Expanded Ticket Details".

I have worked with creating custom reports for quite a while and felt I understood using them. However, when I copied the "Expanded Ticket Details" report and removed some of the fields that I did need and added the ticket NOTES section, upon generating the report I get a Blank page.

I didn't change anything else from the system report to the custom report.

Please help.

Thanks for asking.

It looks like something got broken after all while working in the designer.

Please copy the system report again and make the changes step-by-step checking each time that all is in order and works.

On a side note - whenever you need to use freetext/memo fields in your customized report (like Notes, Ticket Description and other multi-line text fields), select DbMemo from the report designer toolbar, and not DbText. Then assign the memo database field to it.
