CommitCRM as WebApp Windows 2008 R2

We want use CommitCRM CRM trough Remote desktop services as WebApp.
But then we do not work some items, like sending e-mail.

If you use it remotely then you need to have the email application etc. also configured on the remote PC as the remote session doesn't interact with the other applications (like email) on your local PC. BTW, with Windows Server you'll probably be using Terminal Services and SQL Database is required for this.
