Custom e-mail template and report changes take too long time to CommitCRM.
How to speed it up.
Sometimes changes do not show up, until after several CommitCRM service restart.

I'm not sure exactly to what you're referring to.

Email Templates are used in the RangerMSP client while report customizations do affect the Web interface immediately. You may need to restart the service in cases that you added completely new report layouts using the report designer and don't want to wait until it'll auto refresh.
