Hi Ray,

Each RangerMSP database consists of numerous database tables.

Merging two database is not an easy task. Lots of conflicts might occur - Ticket numbers, Contract Codes, Item Codes, Asset Codes, QuickBooks linking conflicts, and more - all of which should be unique in the unified database.

The easiest way would probably be to export Accounts, Assets and Items and import them to the other system. However, this is far from a complete database merger.

In case merging the two databases is very important for you guys please contact us by email. We'll probably then ask you to get a copy of the databases and analyze them in our lab.
