Can you tell me if this product supports Screen pops when customers call in so their information is automatically displayed? Thanks, Sandy

No, unless you use a third party phone system integration tool. For instance we use 3CX which does as you describe, but only because I sync my CommitCRM contacts w/ Outlook. When there is an incoming phone call, 3cx queries the outlook contacts and displays the relevant records.

There's one additional option - use our open API to write programs that access the RangerMSP database and do just that. It requires some programming skills though. You can read more about it here
