For CommitCRM Support: I'm wondering if you guys are planning to enhance the opportunities module to support creation of quotes, converting that to tickets, etc.

For everyone else: What are you doing for quote preparation right now? I've looked at quotewerks and a few others, but I keep coming back to the thought that this really should be done inCommitCRM. I don't think it makes sense to add one more "silo" of information in another tool. The goal of using a PSA to begin with is to consolidate all that "info" from a dozen sources into one readily accessible database. That's my goal at least...

We've been doing our quotes inside of Quickbooks, although I would rather have this done inCommitCRM.

Quick Update:

RangerMSP version 5.7 was recently released and introduces a new built-in quoting module as part of the RangerMSP application.

Using the new quoting feature you can easily provide your customers with professional quote forms via email.
