sudogreg,

Thank you for asking. Currently the 2011 edition is not supported.
We definitely are going to support it and will announce it once it's supported.

Thanks,
Bracha

pops1000uk,

[NOTE: pops1000uk - This question has nothing to do with this thread so please do not reply here, in case you have additional feedback to post on this please start a new thread. Thank you.]

Problems in installing the service usually relates to insufficient privileges.

You should install it while working on the server itself using an Administrator Account.

You need to provide the full server LOCAL path to RangerMSPServer.exe
Something like:
C:\RangerMSP\Server\RangerMSPServer.exe –install
Just adjust it to your local path.

For more information review its user guide here.

Dina

Do you have an estimate on a time frame for quickbooks 2011 support? We're currently having to manually enter invoices on the quickbooks side which more than just a little inconvienient.

anolecomputer,

QuickBooks 2011 will be supported in the coming RangerMSP 5.5, which is currently in Beta.
If you wish, you can apply for the Beta here (link removed).
