alerts server to alert before job is due in dispatch

is there a way to setup the alerts server to send out and email to the tech(s) an hour or time specified before the job starts in the calender \ dispatcher or appointments?

Thank you for asking this. Reminders for Calendar entries (Appointments and Tasks) currently pop when using RangerMSP client. Email notifications for created/updated Appointments and Tasks can be sent automatically to your email using RangerMSP Alerts Server, however, email reminders are not sent by email. It sounds like a cool idea and I'll log it as a request. Thank you.

thank you Dina, many of our techs would really like this feature. When we have a tech out on jobs, it would be great to have an email notification to remind of upcoming jobs.
