View Full Version : Email Connector Not Checking Mailbox

The email connector worked for a while and then stopped, presumably after the 5.4 update.
No settings have been changed. The POP test works successfully.
I have enabled logging on our Exchange 2010's POP service. The CommitServer service does not make any attempt to connect to the POP3 service when it starts, or ever.
I have restarted the service and the server. DEP is disabled. There are no errors in the Application event log on either the CommitCRM server or the Exchange server.

Please send us your log files using the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP client. We'll analyze them and hopefully be able to understand what's causing this and get back to you.
