View Full Version : Account Details in Customized Technician Service Form

I have customized Technician Service Form3 and would like to add many of the fields (which I have also customized) from the "Details" tab of Account records. They do not seem to appear in the ReportBuilder Data Fields drop-down list of available fields. Is there any way to do this? These are details that would be helpful to our technicians to have on the report when they go on a service call.

Unfortunately, not all Account fields can be embedded in Tickets details reports (such as the Technician Service Form), about 20 Account fields can but probably some of the fields you need are not listed. We consider adding more fields from the Account subject to Ticket based reports in the future.
