I would like to know if it is possible to add an additional field under the new account pop-up window.

For example, any time a new customer calls that has no account with us we always ask "So, how did you hear about us?'. Currently we have to create the account, then move over to another tab that has a custom field and input the source there.

It would be so much easier if there was a way to add a new field to that new account pop-up window.

Does anyone know how to do this?

PowerOn,

The fields displayed in the new Account modal Window are fixed. Once you confirm this Window, the new Account record is added and, like you described, you can go and update any of the Account's fields. Additional fields cannot be added to the new Account modal window.
