To see the content of each Privileges group (i.e. what it allows / denies) go to File > Users and Privileges > Privileges. A window will open where you can select the Privileges group at the top and its settings will be displayed below.

You can modify existing group settings by checking / un-checking the relevant boxes.
You can also create new Privileges groups and assign them to users.

To save your changes or to create a new Privileges group click on the "Privilege Group V" button and a drop down menu will open which allows you to perform actions on the Privileges groups.

Following is a short description of some of the Privileges items:

List and Values - Sets to enable users to edit drop down lists. For example, you can add values to the City drop down list (and most other drop down lists in the software). Only users with this privilege can edit those lists.

Items – If users do not have the Edit privilege for Items, they can only use Items for Charges, but cannot modify the items' details, change their price, etc.

Contracts-Manage - Sets whether or not users can modify Contract information. If they cannot then they can only select Contract for Charges and Tickets, but cannot edit their data fields, modify their block value or update the service description.

Contracts-Finance - This privilege is for future use.

Charges Incl. Finance - Sets whether an employee can see rates and prices used in Charges.

Other Employee Charges - Sets whether an employee can see only their Charges and/or also Charges added by other employees.

Batch Update - Sets whether a user can use the Batch Update of Accounts feature. This feature let you update many Accounts at once.

Page Designer - Sets whether a user can customize the tabs and add/update database fields.

Add Group Interaction - Sets whether a user can add a History Note to a batch of Accounts at once.
