Hi,
if you get the 'a program wants' message when sending emails from commit, you can disable it using a free program called mapilab advanced security - downloadable at
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/security/
There are commercial programs that also do this, but they aren't really worth buying, from what I can tell.
The commercial ones are called "click yes pro" and "outlook security manager 2010".
I think you can also achieve this in newer versions of outlook, as per the Microsoft document here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/outlook-help/i-get-warnings-about-a-program-accessing-e-mail-address-information-or-sending-e-mail-on-my-behalf-HA001229943.aspx
