View Full Version : Link in Customer alerts

The link to the customer portal in my Customer alerts for "View" and "Edit" is in correct. It doesn't reflect the correct port # or "https".

How do I change this?

Hi Luke,

You should verify that you selected to use Https for Web Email Alerts. Goto Tools > Options > Web Interface tab, and make sure the "Use SSL/Https" option under the Web Links In Emails section is selected (you need to restart RangerMSPServer service after performing this change)

Also, in case you've just changed the Port for the Web Interface you should restart CommiWebInterface service and also, less intuitive, restart RangerMSPServer service for Email Alerts to use the new Web interface settings.
