We are excited to let you know that after a successful beta, RangerMSP 5.3 is now officially released and ready for download.
RangerMSP 5.3 includes new features in the Ticket Management area, Email threading, Email alerts to customers and much more. We believe it's a real revolution in the way customer communication is handled within RangerMSP.
All features are a direct result of the great feedback and ideas we’ve received from our community. We would like to take this opportunity and thank everyone for their great feedback and support!
