When having Automated Emails creating tickets it enters the Type: field of the ticket. Is there a way to chage what "type" they pick? Or does it just take the first "type" in the list by default?

Thank you for posting this.
Sure; you can have the default value for the tickets Type field adjusted by logging into RangerMSP as an administrator > Right Click the Type Field > Field Settings > Field Behavior.

This worked out prefectly for what we wanted. I had been in there a few times and that setting just didn't click with me. Thanks for the fast reply!
