HTML alerts

Hi - we need to know how to force the alerts server to send out the HTML alert template instead of the text template. Even though we have ther HTML one set as default it still sends text. Any assistance gratefully received...!

Thanks for posting this.
The RangerMSP Alerts Server cannot be currently customized to send out HTML reports because the Alerts Server doesn't have access to the Reports Module. The Email Alerts that are sent out by the RangerMSP Alerts Server are predefined in the RangerMSP Alerts Server's code.

I've added your comments to an existing feature request to have the Alerts customized, as well as your vote. The Product Management Team will review it to update the priority as needed.

OK thanks for answering the question. It would be a handy feature if we could get access to customise the alerts server as discussed in the future. Keep up the good work.
