Is there anyway to setup CommitCRM to automatically email a manager of a ticket of there is no action on it in a specified amount of time? I'm trying to figure out the best way to remind managers that they have open tickets. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
The system isn't set up to issue email or popup messages; however, any entity past it's due date (Appointments, Tasks, Tickets and Opportunities) gets it's due date printed in red wherever the due date happens to be displayed (except in RangerMSP Reports).
