How can I change the account holder for charge if I, by mistake create a ticket for another account and mark as completed?
Should I create a new account or is there any way to change only the account holder keeping other details .

Thanks for posting this.
Charges can have the customer account as well as the associated ticket relinked to different accounts and tickets, unless that charge has already been billed, since billed charges are converted to Read-Only. If necessary, you can mark the charge as unbilled, in order to make changes to it, by right clicking the charge > Mark as Unbilled.

However, tickets cannot be moved to different accounts, only to different contacts within the same customer account the ticket was originally created for. If you'd like to move a ticket to a different account, we suggest following the process described in the following wiki article.

I just moved everything and deleted the old ticket.
