We are excited to let you know that RangerMSP 5.1 is now officially released and ready for download.
RangerMSP 5.1 is all about enhanced email automation for IT professionals. It introduces new Email Templates to help you design emails you send from the application and merge data from the application right into the email subject or body. RangerMSP Email Connector now supports managing email threads and files customer and employee replies under the relevant ticket in RangerMSP. The Email-to-Ticket feature can now match an incoming email to an Account in RangerMSP based on the domain part of the Sender email address (in addition to the exact email match). And more...
