OutLook Sync

It's driving me nuts. I can be in the middle of anything and the Outlook Sync pops up and literally I have to wait 20-30 seconds. It locks up other apps while it doing it's thing. Please, make this a background process in the next release.

I hear you! I know this can be sometimes annoying and we have heard this a few times in the past, and have an outstanding request to perform the Outlook sync as a background process. I hope we will get to it soon (working on some other important stuff right now...)

At the moment, perhaps when the popup appears, if you are in the middle of doing something else, you may choose to ignore this sync. This can make the window disappear faster, and let you get back to your work.

Thanks for bringing this up again, it helps us know what is really bugging you guys :-)
