Starting with version 5.0, Customers can now download documents that are linked to their account and are marked as "public." This new feature allows you to provide better service for your customers by allowing them to download documents, such as network settings or instructions designed specifically for their needs.
To allow customers to download their files, a system administrator should set the customer’s download settings. Document(s) to be made available to customers need to be defined as "public" in the system.
