View Full Version : Quick way to know that appointment has been charged

It is nice to see you have a check mark indicator once an appointment is done but I still do not see any marking/coloring to mark that appt as billed! I see you can view the billing history, but isn’t there a quick way to know that appointment has been charged?

Actually, yes, there is a new option which answers your needs.

When charging an appointment (right-click the appointment and create a charge for it), starting with version 5.0 you can also see which appointment has already been charged in the calendar window. To do this, click the "Highlight Charged" button on the tool bar at the top-right corner.

This should provide with exactly what you need.
