Hi, I am getting an error now when I sync with QB. I have checked and rechecked that all my file paths are right, I can open both QB and CommitCRM on my PC, the sync stopped working 2 days ago, not sre what would have changed, may have done a spyware scan before that. Is there a way to reload the sync? or the program?

Hi,

Hard to tell what goes wrong. It sounds like something that has changed recently, and this may indeed be related to privileges or security settings. If you are using Vista, I'd make sure the UAC is turned ON (this is required for the QuickBooks API).

If this does not help - can you provide some more details, like what message you are receiving?
